Territory Manager in Training - Institutional & Specialty

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Manager in Training to join their Institutional & Specialty division. The role involves a 12-month training program to prepare for a future role as a Territory Manager, with opportunities for growth and development in sales and service-related roles.

Requirements

• Vocational training or equivalent education
• Customer-facing, sales, service, or hospitality experience
• Basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Adaptability to new situations and challenges
• Basic IT skills, including CRM experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
