Manager - Solution Consulting

Role Overview

As a Solution Consultant at EdgeVerve, you will lead a team, oversee project delivery, and act as a subject matter expert. You will play a crucial role in delivering complex AI, Automation, and Data solutions to clients.

What You Will Do

Build strong relationships with clients, conduct needs assessments, design comprehensive solutions, and oversee project delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to the Solutions team.

Requirements

• Prior solution expertise in design, development, and delivery of solutions leveraging AI and Automation
• Industry and solution expertise, solution expertise, supporting, enterprise software sales
• Knowledge of respective solution markets, including competitors, solutions, pricing, etc
• Prior experience in pre-sales with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proven presentation, communication, partnership building, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity, synthesize data and trends, and possess strong client interfacing skills
• Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, machine learning) is a plus
