We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Care team. This role is for you if you enjoy a fast-paced work tempo, can work quickly and effectively, and enjoy solving customer problems.
Support customers in daily support via chat, email, and phone, build relationships based on trust and partner communication, and verify and resolve complaints.
This role is for you if you have experience in customer service, are comfortable in a dynamic environment, think analytically, and enjoy challenges and proactively act.
