Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing skills, and aligning store activities with company goals.
Requirements
- Perform all store managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager
- Communicate and enforce customer service standards and expectations
- Assist in handling accounting aspects, including cash management and balancing
- Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and disciplining store employees
- Assist in ordering merchandise and managing inventory control
- Ensure store cleanliness standards are met and maintained
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff
- Help with the development of store promotions and merchandising strategies
