Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets for all Home Studio products, including tiles and FLM solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the home improvement, tiles, or interior finishes industry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales forecasting, incentive planning, and pricing strategies.
