We are looking for a organized and accurate Customer Support Engineer for our Support-team. In this role, you will support Customer Success Managers, Consultants and customers in setting up, adjusting and successfully executing surveys and processing the related results. You will handle both internal and external requests: from complex data processing in the back-end to guiding users and setting up surveys from A to Z.
