Job Description
Egale is Canada's leading organization for 2SLGBTQI people and issues. The Senior Development Officer will lead the Individual, Corporate, and Foundation Giving portfolios, through effective relationship management, appeals, reporting, stewardship, strategic communications, events, and planned giving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in education, educational technology, business, marketing, communications, or relevant field
- 4-5 years of fundraising experience in individual giving, donor relations, philanthropy, sponsorship, planned giving and/or events role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset
