Job Description
To support our growing and ambitious team at Egeria Real Estate Investments, we are looking for a driven and analytical Real Estate Investment Associate to join our Boston office. The role will assist in the full transaction process and contribute to improving our real estate investment processes using AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a similar dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Argus, etc.)
- Interest and experience in applying AI tools to investment workflows and data analysis
- Excellent command of English in word and writing; Dutch or German language skills are a plus
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Reserved and modest yet confident and professional demeanor in a representative role
- Independent, structured thinker with a hands-on mentality
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working in an international and entrepreneurial setting
