EGYM is revolutionizing fitness and health. We're looking for a Product Operations Director to lead our product operations and enablement organization, shaping the future of our product development and elevating how we develop EGYM products.
Requirements
- Define and execute the product operations strategy
- Lead, develop, and empower a team of Product Operations & Enablement experts
- Understand the relevance of work items and support discovery and delivery
- Represent the product operations perspective in leadership and stakeholder forums
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
