Procurement Coordinator

Role Overview

DP World is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support Procurement Managers and help drive procurement activities across the business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, build strong supplier relationships, support procurement processes, and help keep projects on track.

What You Will Do

Evaluate and select suppliers, maintain supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and ensure accurate data entry in the Purchasing System. Oversee procurement activities, create and manage purchase orders, and prepare regular procurement reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Extensive experience in supply chain management
• Proven experience in procurement processes and projects
• Experience with computerised procurement systems
