SUPERVISOR(A) OF CRANES

Role Overview

The Supervisor(A) of Cranes will manage technical personnel and oversee the maintenance of QC and RTG cranes at the DP World Guayaquil Port. The role requires a strong focus on managing technical personnel and ensuring optimal operation of cranes. The Supervisor(A) will be responsible for programing daily preventive and corrective maintenance work, assigning resources and tasks, and reviewing and approving work orders.

What You Will Do

The Supervisor(A) of Cranes will be responsible for direct maintenance tracking and fault diagnosis on wharf and yard, coordinating with warehouse inventory and replacement of critical spare parts, and managing safe work permits with the Safety team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics, electromechanical, mechanical, electricity, and/or electronics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in equivalent positions. Intermediate English is required, with advanced level desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electricity, and/or Electronics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equivalent positions
• Intermediate English (desirable advanced level)
