Job Description
Eiffage Route Nord-Est is recruiting an Area Manager for its Terrassement agency in Fretin. The successful candidate will lead a team, develop commercial activity, and manage finance, human resources, and operations. They will contribute to building a more frugal and sustainable world by implementing Eiffage's low-carbon strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree/Engineering degree in Public Works/Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Managerial and relational qualities
- Ability to lead, delegate, correct, congratulate, motivate teams
