Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the client relationship technically, from first integration through ongoing development, and make sure everything you learn from clients feeds back into the platform. You will work with a team of 34 people, mostly in their mid-to-late twenties, with backgrounds across Stanford, YC, BCG, Goldman, and Meta. The team spends four days a week together in their Flatiron office.

What You Will Do

Your typical week will involve client onboarding, figuring out integrations with vendors, configuring fee logic, building sandbox buyer portals, and working with dealers to implement new features and resolve issues. You will also work on integrating Ekho's fee logic with Lightspeed's inventory management system.
