Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

CentroMed is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides healthcare for all populations. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary source of contact for patients at CentroMed clinic, welcoming patients into the system and ensuring positive experiences. The CSR is responsible for registration, processing, and data entry, as well as coordinating encounter data and conducting patient financial reviews.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Medical data entry experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
