Job Description
ELCA is seeking an Application Support Specialist for a new location in Bozen, Italy. This role involves supporting customers through acceptance, analysis, processing of requests, issue resolution, and contributing to product improvement and documentation. The position focuses on a dynamic, motivated team and offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for development.
Requirements
- Completed training with at least 3 - 4 years of professional experience preferred
- Rapid comprehension with logical and process-oriented thinking
- Independent work and own responsibility
- Friendly and reassuring communication personality
- Willingness to be on a paid willingness to work shift
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience with app-supported support, collaboration with software development team, an advantage
- Experience in the banking, insurance and government sectors is an advantage
