Character Artist

Electronic Arts is seeking a Character Artist to join their team in Shanghai, China. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AAA game production, excellent understanding of human anatomy, and expertise in real-time environment creation workflows.

Requirements

• Assist the Art Director in driving and maintaining the high visual quality of models
• Partner with AD and other departments to improve the art pipeline
• Collaborate with Production managers to manage the art team's daily activities
• Detect potential risks in production and work with partners to come up with mitigation plans
• Create a fun & inspirational environment while coaching artists by providing reviews, growth plans, and generally assisting in their skills
• Deliver feedback to internal and external teams to maintain art style understanding and quality for the Project
