
Job description
As a Senior Client Engineer - Rendering, you will be part of the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai team, responsible for developing and operating a high-quality mobile football game experience. You will work on enhancing the game engine's functionality and performance, implementing real-time shaders, dynamic lighting, and post-processing effects, and collaborating with art, design, and QA teams.
Your responsibilities will include using the existing game engine for game development, implementing and fine-tuning real-time shaders, dynamic lighting, and post-processing effects, developing new tools and improving existing ones, identifying performance bottlenecks, and communicating with game designers and artists.
We are looking for a collaborative mindset, 5+ years of professional experience in real-time graphics or rendering development for games, experience with 3D mathematics and algorithms, GPU architectures, and graphics APIs, and expertise in C++ and shader languages.
