R&D Project Manager

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is looking for an R&D Project Manager to oversee New Product Development projects related to Circuit Formation, Final Finish, and Metallization. The candidate will work with a global team of R&D scientists and Applications Engineers to deliver high-quality services to internal and external customers within budget and in accordance with defined plans.

Requirements

• B.Sc degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or other related technical discipline
• MS degree preferred
• Relevant Project Management training (PMP/CSM/CPMP or similar) preferred
• Experience in management of Technology-Oriented Projects and/or work experience in the field of Electronics
• Bottom-line oriented, assertive and resilient team player able to operate within a high-performance cross-cultural team
• Confident and purposeful approach, paired with strong communication skills and social skills
• Customer-needs understanding, commitment to quality service and continuous improvement
