Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant to the Director of Works to join our team in a reference project in the construction sector.
Requirements
- Support the Director of Works in planning and controlling the execution of the project, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor costs, measurements, and work records, ensuring the profitability of the project.
- Supervise teams on site, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage material and human resources to effectively execute the work.
- Prepare technical reports, measurement maps, and quality control records.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Work Hygiene regulations.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients, inspection, and internal teams.
- Collaborate in project analysis, proposing technical improvements and resolving incompatibilities.
