Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Elia group, a European transmission network operator, Elia guarantees the reliability and sustainability of electricity supply in our country.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, or civil engineering with an interest in management or a bachelor's degree with solid experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Leadership skills to manage, develop, and coach warehouse teams and internal clients.
• Positive attitude, do not avoid challenges. As a team player, you know how to inspire and challenge your colleagues to achieve results.
• Good communication skills and fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Knowledge of SAP and its logic or mastery of another warehouse management system that will allow you to quickly understand and use the SAP modules for warehouse management.
• Stress-resistant.
• Autonomous, result-oriented, and dynamic.
• Curious and willing to improve things.
