Estimator

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced estimator to join their team and play a key role in the bidding and preconstruction process.

Requirements

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for medical, retail, K-12, and higher education construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing.
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities in project planning.
• Present estimates and proposals to senior leadership and clients as needed.
• Stay up to date material costs, and industry regulations.
