Elite is seeking a Group Product Manager, AI & Data Strategy to lead the development of AI and data product vision across their Legal ERP platform. The role requires a senior product leader with 6-8 years of experience in product management, ownership of data platforms, analytics, AI, or infrastructure-adjacent products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data ecosystems and AI/ML concepts, as well as experience influencing pricing, packaging, and product positioning for enterprise software offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6–8 years of experience in product management experience, including ownership of data platforms, analytics, AI, or infrastructure-adjacent products
- Experience building and operating complex B2B SaaS platforms, ideally within ERP, financial systems, legal tech, or other regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale product teams while staying deeply engaged in strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems and AI/ML concepts in application, including how modern approaches move beyond traditional ETL-driven reporting toward workflow- and agent-driven value
- Experience influencing pricing, packaging, and product positioning for enterprise software offerings
- Ability to engage credibly in architectural and technical tradeoff discussions without requiring hands-on coding
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executives, partners, and cross-functional teams around a clear direction
- Comfortable operating in a PE-backed environment with high expectations for focus, prioritization, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to travel up <10%
- Must be legally authorized to work in United States
