Metallurgist

Join Ellwood Quality Steels as a Metallurgist and provide technical support to the Sales Department and EQS customers. Oversee trials of new materials and processes, and provide metallurgical support to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Material Science
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with steel processes/products
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Active and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel, when necessary
• Availability for emergency situations that may arise outside the course of the regular work day/week
