AI Workforce Architect

Role Overview

Design and lead enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. Partner with business, IT, security, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Architect and lead end-to-end Power Platform solutions, design scalable and secure architectures, lead Copilot and AI solution design, define governance and security strategies, design resilient integrations, and guide teams on low-code and pro-code extensibility.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and M365
• Proven expertise architecting end-to-end Copilot Studio solutions
• Strong solution architecture background
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI risk, privacy, and responsible AI practices for Copilot-based solutions
