3+ years of experience, strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience designing and building mechanical parts and systems

Ph.D. in relevant field, experience with material synthesis and characterization, and proficiency in data analysis software required

Proven experience in mechatronics, robotics, or automation engineering, hands-on experience deploying automation, ability to independently design and debug physical systems, and experience with Python programming

3+ years of experience in relevant roles, experience with CAD software, and strong mechanical engineering fundamentals

Must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn and be adaptable

1–3 years of facilities maintenance experience, basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and excellent communication and customer service skills

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, chemistry, or manufacturing engineering, or relevant experience and 10+ years of work experience in a commercial environment

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, 1-3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools

Strong background in data pipeline definitions, experience with Python for data processing, and ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical technical solutions
