Job Description
Our team is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to provide excellent customer service and maintain the facility. The role involves greeting visitors, answering questions, managing the flow of traffic, and assisting with retail tasks. This is a customer-facing position within a baseball or softball facility.
Requirements
- Professionally greet all individuals entering the building
- Answer questions, provide direction, and alert staff
- Provide tours of the facility
- Maintain reception and restroom area
- Manage program/staff schedules
- Manage retail area (receiving, merchandising, inventory)
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite
