Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) Baseball instructors develop and deliver instruction to youth athletes at various levels, from beginner to advanced. MTC is a partner of MLB and focuses on developing athlete skill and fostering a supportive environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to different athlete needs.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging attitude
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
- Frequent local travel
