Job Description
EL1 Baseball instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes, ranging from beginner to advanced. They collaborate with other instructors, athletes, families, and coaches in the community, and participate in team events and camps. The company partners with MLB to provide training programs and events.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset with colleagues and clients
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction and athlete experience
- Frequent local travel for programs in surrounding communities
