Job Description
EL1 Baseball instructors at Major League Baseball are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes. The position involves building relationships with athletes and coaches, adhering to instructional plans, and collaborating with other instructors. This role is a fast-paced training partner and a team member at a beloved youth organization.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
- Frequent local travel
- Local instruction in surrounding communities
