Job Description
EL1 Professional Baseball Instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction to youth athletes, ranging from beginners to advanced levels. They are the training partner of MLB and build relationships with athletes, families, and coaches. This role involves skills-specific instruction, content adaptation, and collaboration with other instructors.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
