Construction Project Manager - Multi-Family

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in Multifamily, Large Stick Framed Housing for our client in Columbus, OH.

Requirements

• Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Self-starter
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
• Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
