Curriculum and Behavioral Director

The Curriculum and Behavioral Director is responsible for defining a dynamic, Christ-centered program model that integrates transformational Christian discipleship, strong academic enrichment, and comprehensive health and physical education. The role involves guiding and equipping site leaders, shaping the program's direction, and representing the ministry internally and externally.

Requirements

• Certified teacher with bachelor's degree in education or Curriculum & Instruction preferred
• 5-7 years of K – 8th grade classroom experience
• Ministry experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Able to inspire and motivate team, experience managing people
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work extended hours
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative setting
