Applications and Systems Engineer

Emerson is seeking an Applications and Systems Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external customers to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible resolution for the given application-based project. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering, and experience in isolation valve products, actuators, and instrument components will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Work closely with internal and external customer to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible resolution for the given application-based project.
• Provide Pre-sales and technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers.
• Provide technical support and attend the pre and post order technical meeting with sales, PMO, Product management team, BDM's (Wherever applicable).
• Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data are updated regularly.
• Ensure project requirements are reviewed accurately and seek clarifications and approvals from respective collaborators before submitting the offer to customer.
