Ingeniero (a) de Servicios - Neuquén

The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for distributed control systems, instrumented safety systems, remote terminal units, SCADA platforms, and other industrial automation technologies. The role will involve diagnosing and resolving problems related to digital communication networks and industrial protocols, collaborating with multifunctional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction, and promoting Emerson's commitment to safety, operational excellence, and long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Systems or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of automation systems and networks such as DCS, SIS, RTU, or SCADA
• Knowledge of digital communication technologies, including Foundation Fieldbus, Hart, Profibus, or Devicenet
• Ability to diagnose, solve, and resolve problems in industrial automation environments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customer teams
• Availability to travel to customer sites as required
