Plant Controller/Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

We are seeking an Accounting or Finance professional to serve as Plant Controller/Finance Manager at our Sherman, TX facility. This role will involve establishing and maintaining financial systems, managing budgets, and leading a finance team.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8 years of experience in a manufacturing and cost accounting environment
• Ability to think critically, highly driven and self-motivated with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Management of salaried personnel
• Skills in handling financial presentations and communicating with management personnel on all levels
