Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will drive engagement and provide day-to-day direction for the production workforce. Responsibilities include managing and developing a team, administering internal policies, communicating with the production team, and fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Two year Associate's Degree plus one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven Leadership qualities of managing direct reports in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Passion for safety of employees.
