National Instruments (NI) is now the new Test & Measurement (T&M) business unit in Emerson's portfolio. The Sales Development Engineer (SDE) role is designed for engineers who want to develop careers in technical sales, applications engineering, and technical marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
• Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in technical sales, marketing, or applications engineering
• Understanding of electronics, computers, and high-level programming languages (C, Python, LabVIEW, etc)
• Ability to relocate to Austin, TX for minimum of 2 years
• Available for moderate travel
• English language competency and effective communication skill
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
