Quality Control Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the company's quality control program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, manage and oversee the company's quality control program, develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders, develop and deliver quality control training programs, and identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
