Job Description
Coordinate and supervise pre-operation examination, resolve problems, and communicate with USDA inspectors. Ensure compliance to HACCP plan and direct QA employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in a food manufacturing plant or similar
- College diploma or University degree; or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Extensive knowledge and technical skill in QA and production jobs
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Supervisory and interpersonal skills
