The Public Areas Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas and other assigned spaces within the hotel or resort. This role requires ensuring that all areas are cleaned to company standards and that guests experience a welcoming, fresh, and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Monitor public area cleanliness, ensuring restrooms, lobbies, and hallways are well-maintained.
- Support housekeeping staff by delivering extra linen, towels, or other supplies to guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department for repair.
- Assist with setting up event spaces or meetings as requested by management.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed in public and guest areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service
