Retail Experience Associate enhances the in-store experience, maintaining high customer service standards and delivering experiential retail through storytelling.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail
- Hotel or luxury hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of customer service and luxury retail standards
- Analytical mindset with basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms)
- Own transportation (car or equivalent) is required
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus
