Job Description
EmployU is seeking a Vocational Evaluator to assess clients through interviews, assessments, and work observation. The role is focused on identifying individual strengths and needs to develop vocational and educational options. This position contributes to the company's mission of creating inclusive workforces for people with disabilities and other underserved populations through education, empowerment, and advocacy.
Requirements
- Conducts comprehensive assessments with interest, academic, and IQ assessments
- Coordinates and performs work site evaluations
- Prepares reports detailing assessment methods and observations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams)
