Job Description
Enara is a leading obesity and medical weight loss start-up seeking a passionate Member Care Champion to oversee the member journey. This role involves key tasks like check-in, diagnostic procedures, appointment scheduling, onboarding, communication, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate will be a warm, team-oriented individual who embodies Enara’s core values.
Requirements
- Check-in process and vital signs recording
- Perform non-invasive diagnostic procedures
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage new member enrollments
- Coordinate communication with vendors and billing partners
- Manage inbound/outbound communications and resolve member concerns
- Work closely with acquisitions team and lead outreach
