Virtual Bilingual Arabic/English Nutrition Specialist, Contract

Enara, a Silicon Valley-based startup pioneering data-driven obesity and medical weight management, is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Arabic/English Nutrition Specialist. The role involves providing personalized care to patients via telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing their proprietary tech app to deliver evidence-based nutrition advice and support lifestyle changes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for treating obesity and improving related chronic health conditions.

Requirements

• 4 year Nutrition and Dietetics degree with at least 1 year experience coaching lifestyle and habit changes using nutrition and exercise
• Bachelor's degree in Food &/or Nutritional Science
• Minimum 12 months of experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
• Current registration w/ the Commission on Dietetic Registry (CDR) in good standing
• Knowledge of clinical competencies based on Nutrition Care Standards of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency and experience with medical technology including EMR and mobile apps
• Collaboration & problem solving skills
• Ability to manage a large patient load and multiple touchpoints
• Strong ability to empathize and connect with patients
• Experience and comfortability working with proprietary tech app
• Bilingual (Arabic) medical fluency
