We're looking for a Founding Growth expert to build the product-led growth engine at Endex, a company that's revolutionizing financial modeling with AI. As a Founding Growth, you'll design and optimize the new user experience, run experiments, and establish product usage habits.

Requirements

• Experience building PLG motions at early-stage B2B SaaS companies (especially technical or developer tools)
• Track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or conversion metrics
• Hands-on with modern GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar automation stacks)
