Field Editor (French Speaking)

Energy Capital & Power is seeking a Field Editor (French Speaking) to produce content leading up to events, cover events, and develop content for the ECP website. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and has proven experience in content creation, editing, or field reporting, with fluency in French and proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in content creation, editing, or field reporting
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience in web content management and familiarity with CMS platforms
• Ability to conduct interviews, panel coverage, and live event reporting
• Understanding of PR campaigns, client communications, and thought leadership content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Comfortable liaising with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in reporting tools
