The Youth Support Worker provides individualized support to youth by focusing on life skills development and wellness planning through trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social work, child & youth care, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience working with vulnerable or at-risk youth
- Valid Class 4 BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Food Safe Certificate
- ASIST and NVCI training
