Requirements

Independent creation of offer calculations for projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) in the plant construction
Collection, evaluation, and technical review of supplier and subcontractor bids
Careful analysis and plausibility check of tender documents
Creation of in-depth price comparisons as a basis for the offer selection and decision-making process
Support of project development by participating in the development of technical alternatives and innovative solution approaches
Participation in award and technical and commercial clarification talks with clients, technical planners, and partner companies
Maintenance and continuous development of internal calculation databases
