Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Castres, France, responsible for managing a team of 4 people, overseeing the maintenance of installations at a data center, and ensuring the security and safety of the site and its personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Possession of electrical qualifications (BR, B2V, BC)
- Familiarity with GMAO and IT tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Respect for procedures and protocols
