Job Description
The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is seeking a Senior/HR Executive – Projects (HRMS & Analytics) to join their HR Project Team for Workday Implementation. The role involves working closely with the Workday team to design, configure, and deliver a Workday system. The position focuses on bringing fresh ideas and being part of a transformational HRMS implementation for future-proofing the organisation. The HR team of ESF focuses on Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, Data Analytics, and other innovative HR projects.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Workday project, with experience in Workday configuration, implementation and maintenance.
- Degree holder, preferably major in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Familiar with Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance.
